Topic: "AI Transformation: What Agencies Need to Do Now to Thrive in 2027"

AI is reshaping the agency world, affecting how teams work, deliver client value, and how agencies price, position and grow. As we look ahead to 2027, this panel will explore what ambitious agency leaders should be doing now to stay relevant, competitive and profitable. Led by Trenton Moss, this discussion will bring together three senior agency leaders and sector experts to share practical insights, honest lessons and future-focused thinking on AI transformation. The conversation will cover where the biggest opportunities are, what agencies risk getting wrong, how larger agencies are adapting, and what leaders should prioritise next.

Facilitator: Trenton Moss - Founder of Team Sterka

Panellists:
1. Victoria Sugg - CEO of Emperor
2. Dora Moldovan - Chief AI Officer of Tomorrow Group (Braidr)
3. Ian MacArthur - Global Chief Strategy Officer at Remarkable

Pause, recharge and reflect on the insights so far. Use this time to exchange ideas, challenge thinking and explore different perspectives with other agency leaders in the room.

Topic: "The Age of Taste: Why the future belongs to people who know what matters."

Speaker: Dines - Co-Founder - Studio BLUP

We are entering an era where tools, technology and content are becoming increasingly accessible to everyone. The challenge is no longer creating more, it’s knowing what deserves to exist in the first place. In this session, Dines explores why taste, cultural intelligence, curiosity and conviction are becoming the defining traits of the next generation of creative leaders. Through insights from design, music, fashion and brand building, he’ll share how agencies can remain relevant, distinctive and valuable in a world where execution is increasingly commoditised.

Topic: "Optimising Operations and Productivity: What Agencies Need to Do Now to Thrive in 2027"

For many agencies, the next stage of growth is not just about winning more clients, hiring more people or increasing revenue. It is about building an agency that runs better. With squeezed budgets, rising competition and pressure on margins, agency leaders need clearer systems, stronger delivery, healthier communication and teams who can do brilliant work without being pulled in too many directions. Led by Manish Kapur, this panel discussion will bring together three senior agency leaders and operations experts for an honest conversation about what is actually working inside larger agencies. The discussion will explore where inefficiencies often hide, how agencies can improve productivity and profitability, what needs to change in team structure and ways of working, and the practical steps leaders can take now to build a more focused, efficient and resilient agency going into 2027.

Facilitator: Manish Kapur - Agency Consultant (ex-Design Bridge)

Panellists:
1. Ryan McNamara - Global Operations Director at Rise at Seven
2. Joanna Hinchliffe - Chief for Regional Operations at AND Digital
3. Agency leader or industry expert to be announced soon.

A chance to pause, digest what you have heard and turn the afternoon’s ideas into practical action.

Note down your actions and continue the conversations with a cuppa.

For those keen to keep the momentum going, we’ll head to a local bar after the conference. It’s where conversations flow more freely, relationships strengthen, and the most valuable moments often happen.

Apply now to secure one of a limited number of complimentary passes.
